6. DUNCAN – Allen J. & 2nd wife Nancy C. SMITH wed Aug 1854 in Smithland, Livingston Co., KY. By 1860 living in Evansville, Vand. Co., IN – he was a well-know & greatly loved riverboat pilot. There is a 15 ft. tall spire monument at Oak Hill Cemetery for the Duncan family.

While researching my GGGrandmother, I found on her death record that she was buried in Fairfield, Franklin, Indiana. I cannot find any connection to Franklin County, Indiana, other than the mention in the death record.
Her name was Sophia Mussman(n), born Harms. According to the Iowa Deaths and Burials 1850-1990, she died 17 Sep 1893 in Jackson County, Iowa. It lists her burial as 19 Sep 1893 in Fairfield, Franklin, Indiana. As I stated earlier, I cannot find a connection to Franklin County, Indiana.
Any assistance with finding a connection is appreciated.
